MEC RADZILANI OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES THE 2024 EASTER ROAD SAFETY CAMPAIGN* || Tuesday, 26 March 2024, Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality, under Sekhukhune District.

MEC Radzilani highlighted that Sekhukhune District is chosen to be the host for the Easter Road Safety Campaign Launch, due to the number of fatalities recorded during the past Festive Season. Sekhukhune District accounted for 48 fatalities during the past Festive Season and 21 were pedestrians fatalities.

MEC took time to appreciate the intervention by the South African Small Bus Operators Council and Kopano Bus Company for assisting Government in it’s quest towards women empowerment.

On Conclusion, MEC Radzilani encouraged motorists to take extra precautions during their trips within the Province and practice Road Safety at all times.
